NYCT is the only terminal in the New York Harbor that maintains its own general and temperature-controlled warehousing facility, ensuring that containers and cargo remain secure until they're trucked out of the terminal.  Our three warehouses are right on the premises, enabling us to provide low-cost, short-term storage and reduce the number of moves a container is forced to make, which saves you time, money, and effort.  And because we offer a wide range of CFS services and logistical capabilities, we're able to create more comprehensive solutions for both shipping lines and trucking companies.

WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS SPECIFICATIONS:

• 417,000 square feet (37,530 square meters) of general warehouse space for dry cargo.
• 82,000 square feet (7,380 square meters) of termperature-controlled storage.
• US Customs exams take place on-site, reducing the number of container moves and their related costs.
• VACIS capability on-site streamlines the customs process.
• Agriculture Quarantine Inspection (AQI) station on premises enables agricultural goods to move more rapidly through the facility, helping to ensure freshness.
• On-site, cross-dock container stuffing and strippng adds value for customers.
• Rapid truck loading and unloading reduces turnaround times.
