ATTENTION TRUCKERS

Beginning March 23, 2009, if you do not have a TWIC card you will not be permitted to enter New York Container Terminal.   If an authorized driver-in-training is with you, they too must have a TWIC card to enter the terminal.

If you do have a TWIC card, you need to insure that the TWIC card is linked to your Sealink card.  This can be done at:

Port Authority of NY/NJ

260 Kellogg Street

Newark, New Jersey 07114

If your TWIC card is not linked with your Sealink card, you will not be permitted to enter New York Container Terminal.
